(and so are the 90s) It's like the 80s never went away - Preston the way it used to be, with 87s, 86s, 85s, 47 galore and even a pair of 25s in their final days. For the DMU fans, 104s and 108s are in plentiful supply, as are 101s and some almost new 142s. As we move into the 90s, we see the move to Intercity livery, with Class 31s on Regional Railways services and much more. The DVD is rounded off with a short selection of footage from the new millennium, bringing us right up-to-date. This is an essential nostalgia trip for all of us who had an interest in Preston."
